Save the New Hope Church Fund

In the village of Monsey, New York, there is one church. It is New Hope Christian Church, 57 Main Street, Monsey, NY. It is the only light of Messiah in Monsey! 

The town of Monsey is made up of Orthodox and Ultra Orthodox Jewish communities. These communities need to hear the good news that God has sent their Messiah, who has made a way for all Jews and Gentiles to have forgiveness of sins and a new relationship with God. 

We of New Hope Church have started New Life Ministries of Rockland, Inc. to facilitate this outreach. New Life Ministries of Rockland is committed to this outreach to the people of Monsey, who are precious in God’s sight. 

The continuing presence of this church building in Monsey is vital for evangelism and discipleship of Jewish and Gentile peoples! However, through the actions of a few individuals, the continuing presence of New Hope Christian Church is threatened. These individuals, working with outside sources, discontinued all meetings and closed the building doors without notice or approval of the congregation.  This group is now attempting to sell the property against the will of the majority of the congregation in what some attorney’s would refer to as a “Land Grab.”  The property sits on valuable land with a value of close to $2 Million. This group is attempting to permanently close the church and sell it possibly for monetary purposes.

We have been fighting this battle in court 2018. Currently, we have paid out approximately $31,000. We still need $43,000.  The litigation involves intense preparation of reports, case filings, and research. We are believing in the Lord for a positive court decision, but we need your help to finish the job and win the victory!
